  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes (unless mentioned).

  • We accept payment via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Secure Online Payment Gateways (if enabled).

  • In case of incorrect pricing due to human or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


🚚 3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Orangi Town, Karachi within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times range from 2–5 business days depending on the city.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability are not our responsibility.

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal care and consumables), returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos as proof.
